I was minding my own business taking these pics when a fella asks Hello when I am inside the outbuilding...

This man informs me he is working for the developer...

Seems like some of the lead has been stripped off the roof

I walk round the perimeter with this man and he notices that velux window open,,

The man tells me there are four semi detached houses being built on the car park and five flats made out of the main building

Just a shame really yet another watering hole has to be sacrificed for yet more damn housing.

Signage is still in remarkable condition

So we take a look inside but decide squatters are in there so do a tactful retreat.

Inside that open window..too narrow for my old bones to squeeze through.

But I decide to check out this building instead..

Inside appears to be a toilet complete with shower.

I guess this was a function room that was used for discos or private parties
