Originally called Ruskin Junior School,I have only ever known this complex to be called The Annex and then Stratton Education Centre,a facility where teenagers with behavioral issues would attend.I have no idea quite why this centre has closed but the cynic in me tells me that the Council are probably planning on selling the land for development.

I first heard rumours this was going to close when I took these pics in the summer of 2017...
The complex was actually closed when I visited.

I believe this school was originally split into "Boys and "Girls" halves.

Someone told me there are very old names of former pupils carved into the brickwork.
All I find today is these grooves cut into the bricks
