One of Swindons London Overspill housing estates Public House,built in the 60`s,now sadly demolished,this pub served the estate well over the years,however it had its fair share of trouble..bought a few years by the Hungry Horse chain,they hoped to turn its fortunes around by concentrating on food,but this didnt help,so a decision was taken to close the pub,and demolish it ready for a large supermarket to built.Visited September 2011.
