Kingsmoor House,Harlow 2011.
Never was an actual Manor house,this 18th century coach house was home to the Risden and later Houblon families.1970 Harlow Council obtain it for use as a pre-school and for community activities..I was told it closed about 5 years back.
Update September 2012:The local Council are in the process of refurbishing this building..excellent news.
