This Base is near the still used 6th Missile and Artillery training centre.It was largely demolished in 2000 but the vehicle sheds still exist.After seeing this,we headed through the training area toward the Kanivs`ke Reservoir fed by the river Dneiper.Our Taxi driver took us to meet a former Army Colonel who now runs a fishing Experience "centre" on a small island in the Dneiper river..its one hell of place and if you want to escape and get back to basic survival type of living,then this your place.
